- Whisky (50%)
- Pineapple juice (25%)
- Vermouth (25%)
- half slice of pineapple or grapefruit peel
Preparation
Prepare in a shaker with ice and pour the whiskey, vermouth and pineapple juice (preferably dry vermouth). Garnish with half a slice of pineapple and grapefruit peel. Serve in a large cocktail glass with crushed ice.
