Ingredients
- Gin (40%)
- Pineapple juice (20%)
- Lemon juice (20%)
- Vermouth (20%)
- Half a slice of pineapple
- half slice of lemon
- Cherry
- Sugar (a pinch)
Preparation Prepare in a shaker with ice (crushed or diced), pouring gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice and vermouth (preferably white). Serve in a large cocktail glass add crushed ice, a half slice of pineapple, half a slice of lemon, a cherry and sugar.
