Ingredients
- Lemon juice (20%)
- sugar syrup (half teaspoon)
- Eggs (a albumen)
- Pernot (3 drops)
- Vodka (60%)
- Ginger (20%)
- Half slice of lime
Preparation Prepare 4 or 5 in a shaker with ice cubes. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white, the Pernot and vodka. Shake until the shaker is not cooled. Pour the mixture, without filters, in a highball glass and fill with the ginger (ale type). Garnish with half a slice of lime and serve.
